CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We at Bitrontix follow a 7 Day return policy for non-discounted and discounted products shopped from our website – Bitrontix.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Bitrontix. If, for any valid reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 5 Day after purchase if the following conditions are met:

• All Bitrontix items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt. Please note, if Face serum or oil is opened, its ineligible for the return or refund and its amount will be deducted. if the product is purchased from any of our Bitrontix Showroom / Offline Stores – they cannot be returned via our online store.
• Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
• If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then you can cancel your order at by contacting our orders team to request its return by dropping an email to info@bitrontix.com with your order details.
  For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
• After inspection we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or a bank refund (whichever selected by the customer) for that particular amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you’ve submitted the request with us.

Please note that valid reason for the return is mandatory. We will not accept returns for any invalid reason like I didn't like, mind changed, not needed now, not what i expected , etc 

MODE OF RETURN:

For any product damaged in transit or any manufacturing defect, we will send you a replacement FREE of any costs. No questions asked. In case of return/exchange, We will arrange the pick up for return and courier boy will come and pick it up from you and will hand over the pick up receipt to you. 

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you.  
An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.

REFUNDS

Customer can initiate the refund request to us within 5 days,  Once the returned product is received by Bitrontix. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used or store credit note.
For refund against cash on delivery order, user will need to fill a form that accepts bank account details to which the amount will be refunded. 

Shipping charges, COD charges and taxes are non-refundable.

The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
